- The character pose will be simple/neutral for the point of understanding the character's design
- The pose may have a little personality in it; like a hand on the hip, a hand raised up, or a leg raised up, but ultimately nothing very dynamic
- Please let me know if the reference will be for a 3D Model, I can give your character a T-pose stance for easier understanding for your modeler, or if you prefer that in general

All artworks will be 300dpi
Most artworks will follow standard printing sizes (A3, A4, A5)
You are paying for digital goods, you can not file for a chargeback claiming the product was not shipped
Payment Method: Ko-fi
Full Payment Upfront (Split payments can be discussed but I will only draw up to lineart until the other half is paid)
Waiting time: ~3 months upon payment (Could vary depending on complexity, but I will let you know if I need more time!)
I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason
If there is a deadline to be met, please let me know upon ordering! (Make it reasonable e.g. do not commission me and expect me to finish by next week)
I do not accept rushing fees
PROCESS
You will be updated by each part of the process: Sketch > Lineart > Flat Colors > Shading > Background + Final
You are entitled to ask for updates whenever, but PLEASE do not rush me
Please let me know about any major revisions in the sketch phase, it will be difficult to change and add anything by the time I start adding flat colors!
We will be discussing updates through Twitter DMs
You will receive the high-resolution illustration with the watermark, without the watermark, and a transparent
FOR REFUNDS you can get 100% back if I have not done the sketch, and depending on where I am in the sketch process you can get a partial refund back on the payment. After I have moved on from the sketch, there will be no refunds!
COPYRIGHT USAGE
I, the Artist:
Can use the art to promote myself
Can post WiPs and the finished product on my socials (unless asked not to before accepting order)
Have copyright over the piece
You, the Commissioner:
May repost the WATERMARKED VERSION of the piece on any social media with CREDIT
May edit/modify both versions but the WATERMARKED VERSION will be the only one posted on social media with CREDIT
May use the artwork for personal use (like printing it to put in your room)
Are NOT allowed to claim my work as your own
Are NOT allowed to using my work on monetizable sites or sell merchandise of it (like using it as Twitch or Youtube assets, or mass selling my work on shirts or similar likes UNLESS you paid for it commercially)
COMMERCIAL USE
“Commercial use” means that the illustration WILL generate you some kind of profit; whether it is monetary, in the shape of merchandise, to promote yourself, a Youtube channel, a Twitch channel, an online shop, an MV, assets for a game, or streaming, etc.Copyright agreement: not commercial use
1x price, the commissioner may not resell the artwork itself (using as an avatar on non-profitable sites is allowed, like Twitter, deviantART, etc.)Copyright agreement: monetized platforms
